Announces Soaring Adoption of Salesforce1

As a Portfolio partner, the team at CRM manager always makes sure we attend the events. Since 2005, our team has seen these events grow in attendance at an salesforce1amazing pace. And yesterday’s kickoff of the Salesforce1 World Tour in New York City was no exception. Here are some amazing metrics related to Salesforce1: “In its first month, the integrated experience of the Salesforce1 Customer Platform drove a 96 percent increase in active users of the Salesforce1 mobile app and a 46 percent increase in active users of custom mobile apps.” Those numbers are hard to argue!

From the first moment I walked into the Hilton Midtown, the energy and buzz around Salesforce1 was incredible. There were hundreds of attendees lined up for all the breakout sessions eagerly awaiting a chance to see Salesforce1 in action with demos and customer use cases.

Everything from Service Cloud,, Pardot and ExactTarget to Marc Benioff’s  keynote presentation was incredible to see. Attendees were also able to attend Circles of Success events where Customer Success Experts lead discussions about Top Tips for Administrators to How to Evaluate a Implementation Partner and Top Tips for Adoption.

One of the most remarkable client stories was during Marc’s keynote presentation where he spoke with the Paul Rieckhoff, Chief Executive Officer and Founder of Iraq and Afghanistan Veterans of America (IAVA). As an Army veteran, I am personally a huge fan of this program which is dedicated to “standing with the 2.6 million veterans of Iraq and Afghanistan from their first day home through the rest of their lives.” IAVA is using the platform to create the 21st century veterans’ organization that is supporting new veterans in health, education, employment and building a lasting community for vets and their families.
