In response to its rapidly growing customer base in the Metro-New York area, CRM manager has opened a sales and client services office in New York City to provide a local presence and enhance the personal touch CRM manager delivers for each engagement. The office will be managed by Dana Stetson, the company's Chief Revenue Officer.
Stetson brings two decades as a proven executive sales leader to his position as Chief Revenue Officer at CRM manager, with more than ten years devoted to the selling of complex solutions into the finance industry. As the Chief Revenue Officer, his primary focus will be to grow CRM manager's business from its office in New York City, and provide overall sales leadership for the company.

Most recently, Stetson was Chief Sales Officer at The Receivables Exchange, a Bain Capital Ventures backed company that provides financing solutions to small and midsized business (SMBs). Prior to The Receivables Exchange, he led sales at Lava Trading, a leading global equities and foreign exchange trading technology platform with over $40 million in annual sales.
Prior to Lava Trading, he joined dynamicsoft as the second employee and drove revenue from the first sale through to an acquisition by Cisco Systems. He began his sales career at IBM where he was a top producer and achieved the elite Golden Circle Sales Award. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of New Hampshire and a Master of Business Administration in Marketing and Finance from Pace University.
