We have renamed this service offering to CRM Engage to better communicate its true purpose. “In looking at how we work proactively with clients for ongoing support, we wanted a name that better fit the purpose of this service. CRM Engage conveys a more accurate description as we are not just supporting our clients in a reactive mode; rather, we are ‘engaged’ with every facet of our clients’ businesses and are always looking for ways to help our clients get more from their investment in the Salesforce platform,” says Chris Conroy, CRM manager’s Director of Marketing and Partner Alliances. “When our clients work with us via our CRM Engage product, our consultants and developers are actively engaged to help our clients uncover more ways to be more efficient and effective with their Salesforce org,” Conroy adds.
