Ongoing Consulting
The CRM manager Plan (our on-going consulting service) offers an affordable consulting program that manages your salesforce.com application and offers the necessary strategic support to ensure you are taking complete advantage of its award-winning functionality and realizing a high adoption rate throughout your organization. This type of consulting is offered on an annual basis for a fixed number of hours, usually between 5 to 20 hours a month, but the plan is also offered in a six (6) month agreement.
Our approach is to either act as your salesforce.com administrator or to complement your internal resources and enable you to maximize the power of salesforce.com. Each year as salesforce.com releases new versions and new Appexchange solutions are introduced, you have an opportunity to enhance your CRM system and become more productive and responsive to your customers.
