Our first step in the process is Conceptualization, getting your idea on paper (or at least the white board). We will guide your team through the requirements gathering and application concept design. Then, CRM manager will deliver a Functional Requirements document, providing you with comprehensive documentation of the initial application design.
Leveraging the Functional Requirements document, our Force.com certified consultant to lead the Development stage. This process includes all elements of architecture design, application development, quality assurance, and technical documentation.
