<p>In conjunction with salesforce.com&#8217;s Dreamforce conference, Dell announced an expansion of its relationship with saleforce.com by launching Dell Cloud Business Applications—integrated (Software-as-a-Service) SaaS applications and services targeting small-and-mid-sized businesses(SMB).  </p>
<p>CRM manager is one of three national salesforce.com partners selected by Dell to provide the implementation and integration services for the Dell-branded salesforce.com application.</p>
<p>The goal, said Steve Felice, Dell&#8217;s President of Consumer, Small and Medium business, is to create a carefully selected suite of modular cloud solutions covering everything from CRM and marketing to accounting and HR, with single-sign-on, cross-app integration, analytics, and Dell-branded support. For now, though, it&#8217;s just service and support built around Salesforce.com CRM. </p>
<p>CRM manager has expanded its services to support Dell’s growth in Cloud computing.  “We are thrilled to partner with Dell.  Our expertise in salesforce technology and our success in the SMB markets make us a natural fit to support Dell as they expand their Cloud services,” said Todd Veale, CRM manager President. Dell has a significant share of the SMB business market in North America.  The Dell Cloud Applications will be marketed to their existing customers as well as other SMB companies seeking an integrated CRM solution.  </p>
<p>With Dell’s recent acquisition of Berwyn, PA-based Boomi, Dell will also offer customers an ability to integrate cloud applications with the customers&#8217; existing on-premise or cloud software.  “CRM manager has a partnership with Boomi and we anticipate growing that partnership through this broader relationship,” added Veale.</p>

<p><em>MALVERN, PA, November 18, 2009</em> – CRM manager, a leading software-as-a-service (SaaS) implementation and integration firm, today announced the doubling of its customer base since 2008, signing agreements with more than 100 new customers in 2009.</p>
<p>“As companies of all sizes become more versed in the immediate value of cloud computing, we are consistently depended upon to deliver smart, innovative, and appropriate solutions that go beyond traditional sales and marketing solutions,” says Andy Atkins, Founder and CEO of CRM manager.</p>
<p>“We are pleased to provide additional cloud solutions as our current strategic partners expand their offerings and as relationships are forged to add new cloud solutions. With salesforce.com, we have added expertise beyond SFA to include service and support solutions, portals, integration services and Force.com platform development.
