Mr. Mangano brings more than 12 years of technology expertise to the CRM manager team. He has held positions in the asset management, financial news and publishing industries where he has helped companies grow their businesses through the effective use of technology solutions.
Most recently, as VP of Information Technology at Nationwide Funds Group, Mr. Mangano led teams that successfully implemented salesforce.com, as well as other technology projects. He has been a salesforce.com user and administrator since 2002 and was invited by salesforce.com to speak at its annual global conference, Dreamforce. Mr. Mangano is also the editor of SalesforceWatch.com, a long-running salesforce.com blog and holds a bachelor’s degree in communications from Seton Hall University.
