As of member of the Salesforce.com Foundation and the Google for Nonprofits program, CRM manager’s Nonprofit Program provides SaaS solutions and services to help nonprofit organizations more effectively share and manage information with and about donors, volunteers and clients.
Program Benefits
A dedicated team of specialists from CRM manager are helping nonprofit organizations plan, implement or optimize their salesforce.com solution. Organizations that carry the 501c3 designation, or the international equivalent, can apply for a product grant for Salesforce CRM through the Salesforce.com Foundation as well as donated consulting hours from CRM manager. Additionally, CRM manager’s partnership with Google for Nonprofits allows nonprofits to apply for a Google grant for the Google Enterprise Apps, Google Checkout and Google Adwords to receive free advertising. CRM manager also works with a number of AppExchange partners to further enhance the Nonprofit Program offerings.
