
Founder and Managing Partner
Andy is the founder and managing partner of CRM manager. In 2004, Andy became a certified salesforce.com partner and since that time has been involved in over 200 salesforce.com implementations and consulting projects throughout the US.
Andy has more than 25 years of executive and entrepreneurial experience, founding his first company, ExecuTrain of Philadelphia, a software training company, in 1990. He established it as one of the first ExecuTrain franchises in the world, and from 1990 through 2003, Andy led the company to become one of the largest and most successful ExecuTrain franchises in the world. In 2002, Andy headed a group of four ExecuTrain franchise owners that purchased the assets of the ExecuTrain Corporation from IDG Corporation. He served as chairman of the board of ExecuTrain Corporation until 2004. Shortly thereafter Andy sold his franchise, ExecuTrain of Philadelphia, to a venture capital firm from New York. Andy began his career in 1981 as a successful account executive with Xerox Corporation and in 1987 he joined Oce Corporation, where he held various sales management positions. Andy holds a B.A. in political science from Penn State University.
Managing Partner
Tom has over 30 years of experience, with extensive operations, management, and entrepreneurial expertise in the Technology, Information Services, and Hardware/Software Industry. Tom possesses a demonstrated ability to position and deploy technology for the competitive advantage of a specific business situation and to effectively integrate those solutions in a timely and cost-effective manner.
In 1988, Tom founded Information Technologists, Inc (named changed to Actium Corp. in 1995), which was a Systems Integration, Hardware/Software reseller, and Training Organization. At the time of selling the business in 1995, revenues were at the $80 Million Dollar level, with over 400 employees and offices in 7 cities. In 2000, Tom founded IT Systems Integration Company; Anexinet Corp. Tom sold his interest in the business in 2005, at which point revenues were at the $18 Million Dollar level, with over 100 employees and offices in 3 states.
Executive Vice President, Sales and Marketing
Sam leverages over twenty years of experience working in the technology industry. Sam has held numerous sales and general manager positions with high-growth technology companies such as Hard Dollar, Agilysys, US internetworking, Avnet, and JBA’s Computer Systems Division. Sam has extensive experience in the CRM marketplace having held the position of VP, Business Development at US Internetworking’s Siebel business unit. He also led numerous implementations of CRM systems in his sales leadership roles and has been a salesforce.com user for the last 4 years. Sam holds a B.A. degree in Business Administration from Bloomsburg University and a M.B.A. in Marketing from St. Joseph University in Philadelphia, PA.
Vice President, Business Development & Technology
Mark brings 12 years of technology expertise to the CRM manager team. He has held positions in the asset management, financial news and publishing industries where he has helped companies grow their business through the effective use of technology solutions. Most recently, as Vice President of Information Technology at Nationwide Funds Group, Mark led teams that successfully implemented salesforce.com, an enterprise data warehouse and ETL environment, web hosting and content management system infrastructures as well as numerous system integration projects. Mark has been a salesforce.com user and administrator since 2002 and was selected by salesforce.com to speak at Dreamforce, their annual global user conference. Mark holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communications from Seton Hall University.
Chief Technology Officer
Gopal brings over 20 years of experience with application and software development — including extensive force.com development, integration technology, as well as enterprise technical architecture. Having worked with companies like BMW, Novartis Pharmaceuticals and CIT Group, Gopal has encountered a host of challenges that have prepared him well for the solutions sought by CRM manager customers. As more companies move their business processes to the force.com platform, Gopal can swiftly develop and implement strategies that leverage the platform and streamline business processes. With many years of development experience behind him, he can achieve more robust force.com solutions and build applications that provide value to entire the cloud computing community. Gopal received his Master’s degree in Computer Applications at Bharathiar University.
