Andy Atkins

Founder and Managing Partner

Andy is the founder and managing partner of CRM manager. In 2004, Andy became a certified salesforce.com partner and since that time has been involved in over 200 salesforce.com implementations and consulting projects throughout the US.

Andy has more than 25 years of executive and entrepreneurial experience, founding his first company, ExecuTrain of Philadelphia, a software training company, in 1990. He established it as one of the first ExecuTrain franchises in the world, and from 1990 through 2003, Andy led the company to become one of the largest and most successful ExecuTrain franchises in the world. In 2002, Andy headed a group of four ExecuTrain franchise owners that purchased the assets of the ExecuTrain Corporation from IDG Corporation. He served as chairman of the board of ExecuTrain Corporation until 2004. Shortly thereafter Andy sold his franchise, ExecuTrain of Philadelphia, to a venture capital firm from New York. Andy began his career in 1981 as a successful account executive with Xerox Corporation and in 1987 he joined Oce Corporation, where he held various sales management positions. Andy holds a B.A. in political science from Penn State University.


Todd Veale

President and Chief Operating Officer

Todd is an accomplished executive with more than 25 years of experience creating innovative products and improving profitability for high growth organizations. Todd began his career as one of the first 25 employees of EMC Corporation helping it to grow from a small single office into an international company while serving in multiple sales and marketing roles including marketing director and country manager in the U.K. Todd spent 15 years as an executive at MBNA America where he held management positions including leadership of the company’s product development efforts, rewards marketing, e-commerce, project management of major initiatives, CRM strategies, education & development, corporate revenue and analytics, and strategic planning. Todd has also served as COO for a NYC-based rewards technology company and as Managing Director at Freeh Group International Solutions, a security and compliance consulting firm. Todd holds a BA in Economics from Boston College and a MBA from Harvard Business School.

Gopal Gorthi

Chief Technology Officer

Gopal brings over 20 years of experience with application and software development — including extensive force.com development, integration technology, as well as enterprise technical architecture. Having worked with companies like BMW, Novartis Pharmaceuticals and CIT Group, Gopal has encountered a host of challenges that have prepared him well for the solutions sought by CRM manager customers. As more companies move their business processes to the force.com platform, Gopal can swiftly develop and implement strategies that leverage the platform and streamline business processes. With many years of development experience behind him, he can achieve more robust force.com solutions and build applications that provide value to entire the cloud computing community. Gopal received his Master’s degree in Computer Applications at Bharathiar University.


John McCloskey

Senior Vice President, Client Services

John McCloskey has over 15 years of experience in consulting, technology and delivery management. Most recently, McCloskey served as Vice President at Fujitsu America where he managed the salesforce.com practice for North America – taking it from 20 consultants in 2005 to over 100 in 2009. John has significant experience formalizing project methodology, engagement management structure and project best practices for technology-based solutions that have benefited various types of Fortune 1000 and SMB organizations including call centers, financial institutions and insurance companies. At CRM manager, John will focus on delivery excellence; customer satisfaction and developing the skills of his consulting team to better serve CRM manager’s clients. John has a BS in Business Administration from Miami University.
